School Supplies and school lunches
We currently help to provide school supplies to a local elementary school. We work with the school and have supplies available at the beginning of the year for the teachers to give the students who have a need. We then take inventory throughout the year and replenish those supplies as needed. We are blessed to be able to help children in our community who need assistance with this. We also help to pay the school lunch fee for students who need assistance.
Summer Sack Lunch Ministry
Every July we give away sack lunch kits to families. We provide “LUNCH KITS” to families in a drive-thru fashion. Each “Lunch Kit” will provides enough food for 2 sack lunches for 3-4 children per kit.
Bag Hunger
Our bag hunger ministry helps to meet the needs of single parents with children and seniors on fixed incomes by providing grocery cards.
Christmas gifts
We team up with a local elementary school and provide Christmas gifts to under-resourced children and their families.

VCC helps to support the following Cass County Ministries:
Emmaus Mission Center-a nonprofit, multidenominational, social service agency and homeless shelter, The Salvation Army, and Weekday Religious Education
